Ana Paula Carvalho Fontana lives in São Paulo – Brazil.

She worked for 17 Years in the Human Resources area, with planning and human resources development in the petrochemical (ICI), telecommunications (Ericsson), food (Sadia – Brazilian leader in agrobusiness) and consultancy sectors.

Experienced in national and multinational environment, bilingual (Portuguese / English), Paula majored in Psychology with extension in Business Administration and Organizational Changing Management.

Her main accomplishments include: responsible for top executives searches; high potentials identification, competencies management, performance evaluation, executive succession, implementation of executive education processes such as: leadership and strategy, among others.

As a consultant, she worked for Daimler Chrysler and Cargill, in the After-Career Preparation projects, involving competences management and training actions in: business planning, entrepreneurism, work-life balance, among others.

She is in the process of getting SECA Corporate Coach Certification and has been coaching individual as well as corporate clients in Brazil.
