Dorothy (Dotty) is the Principal and Founder of Andrew Grace Associates, LLC. The firm specializes in career coaching and in identifying attorney and paralegal talent for law firms and corporations. Prior to beginning Andrew Grace Associates, LLC (named for her 2 grown children), Dotty served the legal community as a paralegal, a recruiter for national legal search firms and as a career coach. She was a paralegal for 17 years in Virginia. She became a Managing Partner of a national executive search firm and began its legal division in Atlanta, Georgia. She has written articles and a career advice column for Legal Assistant Today magazine.

Dotty coaches attorneys and paralegals to reach their professional and personal goals. She coaches attorneys looking for new positions and for innovative ways to generate additional revenues. She uses her unique Paralegal Development Program in firms and corporate legal departments not only to encourage paralegals to accept greater responsibility for providing legal services in creative and cost effective ways but also to create a personal plan that reduces stress and increases job satisfaction.

Andrew Grace Associates is a sponsor of the Georgia Association of Paralegals. Dotty participates as a Table Pro for ProWin, is active in Atlanta Women In Business and Dress For Success. She served as panel moderator for women business owners at the Georgic Economic Summit in 2003 and will be a speaker at the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers symposium, Women Mean Business, in 2004.
