At the foundation of the organization, Conchita Robinson, President & CEO, has over 20 years of leadership experience with “for-profit” and “not-for-profit” organizations. As a committed business and community leader, Conchita has provided professional coaching and consultative services for over a decade to a variety of individuals and teams.

She served at Spencer Stuart, a global executive recruiting firm, as a member of the Consumer Goods and Services, Diversity, Not-for-Profit, and Technology and Communications practices. However, most of her professional experience was at the IBM Corporation where she served 18 years in various sales and distribution leadership roles; the last of which was Vice President, ibm.com.

Dedicated to community improvement, Conchita serves on the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta, Teach for America, Friends of Darnell, Inc. (Harriett G. Darnell Senior Multipurpose Facility), the American Kidney Fund, and the National Women’s Philanthropic Leadership boards. In addition, she is the immediate past Board Chair for Cool Girls, Inc., a member of the Metropolitan Atlanta Junior League and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter.
