WANDA TAYLOR, MCC, is the co-founder of Bay Centre, Inc. in Pensacola, Florida. In business over 15 years, Bay Centre is a unique organization made up of licensed mental health counselors, speech language pathologists, school psychologists and certified personal, executive, and corporate coaches. Our dedicated approach is to comprehensively assess our client’s needs, goals, and desires and to assist them in creating an individualized success plan. Our comprehensive evaluation includes a vast number of assessments; personal, executive, and/or corporate exploratories; comprehensive intake and staffing process; and individualized plans for services by the appropriate provider(s). Overall, Bay Centre offers a wide variety of unique services for the growth and development of individuals, families, executives, and corporations.

Wanda Taylor has over 30 years experience in management, counseling, group facilitation, strategic planning, workshop development and delivery, training, and business consulting, specializing in cultural transformation through leadership development, process review and process re-design. Wanda holds a certification in personal coaching from Success Unlimited Network (SUN) and a certification in executive and corporate coaching from SECA. She also serves on several ICF subcommittees.

As an ICF Master Certified Coach, Wanda loves to work within the corporate context as an external coach. She has worked for over 5 years with both for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, their leaders and their boards. She loves the process of creating marketing opportunities that highlight awareness of coaching as a massively successful tool in creating cultural shifts and creating and sustaining massive growth.
